I do not see any if you say Altairs birthday is 11/01.

Thay would be 10th of January 1165. Which would make him 26 in the first Assassin’s Creed game. (Since the game takes place in 1191).
Random knowledge: Ibn means “son of”. So Altairs fathers name could be La’Ahad.
